UV-C lamps commonly available today are known to be carcinogenic and harmful to the skin and eyes. They cannot sanitize human tissue or occupied spaces without causing adverse effects and long-term damage.

Conlustro™ Far UVC lamps work autonomously, independently and continuously in occupied spaces and have safety sensors built in to protect humans and animals.

Our lamps will sterilise an area from pathogens (viruses, bacteria, fungi) in either occupied or non-occupied spaces. Our lamps operate on a full-on or on-cycle or sensor basis.

Conlustro™ (222 nm) lamps are superior to existing UV sanitation systems (typically operating at 254nm) in occupied spaces for a very simple reason: Legacy UV-C sanitation systems are ineffective at disinfecting surfaces and air in occupied spaces because the kill mechanism allows pathogens to be reactivated by UV-A light, which includes sunlight, fluorescent lights, and other light sources after sanitation. 222nm in effect sterlizes the area until effectively no pathogen exists, 99.999% removed. Period.
